Exmouth King Prawns are moist and sweet in flavour with a medium to firm flesh.
They can be identified by their beautiful colour with light black flecks above their legs and lovely smooth shell. Adults are caught in deeper waters with catch size ranging between 10 – 16cm.
Perfect for display, cooked Exmouth King Prawns are typically served whole to show off its appearance and ideal for the popular ‘prawn bucket’. Make the most of the sweet flavour by serving cold in a salad with mayonnaise or a cocktail sauce.

Exmouth Tiger Prawns are the largest of our catch. Adult catch size is between 11 – 20cm.
They have a firm flesh giving it a tight texture and richer flavour with brown stripes that turn vibrant red when cooked.
Their texture, size and flavour make them very versatile. They can be grilled whole or used in cooked dishes making them perfect for the BBQ or in the kitchen.
With their striking colour and presentation, they present well as whole cooked prawns wonderfully accompanied with a cocktail sauce.

Exmouth Endeavour Prawns are typically smaller at 7-14 cm and perfect as whole cooked prawns.
They have a sweet flavour retained by our unique at-sea cooking process. Their combined size and sweetness also make them ideal for dishes such as curries, paella
and risottos.

Prawns are graded by number of prawns per pound (454 grams).
The simple rule to remember is the smaller the number in the grade, the larger the prawn.
